Located in the midst of a rich green village of a coastal belt of Uttara kannada, The GANGOLLI HOUSE stands bold in front of green with a minimalist design. The house has been built at the same place of the old mud house of typical HAVYAKA BRAHMIN style. The House is a Load bearing structure with a Built-up area of 4500 sq.ft. The cost of civil construction is about 1650 per sq.ft. The 4BHK house is designed for a joint family and has a a double height living area with a central garden. The house also has a Yoga room facing the areca nut plantation.
MR. RP BHAT RESIDENCE
It is a very unique modern house located in the center of the city, This 4 BHK Duplex house has a living room with double height that connects family room above. A Skylight at the roof top brings in a lot of natural light and makes the living room a very pleasant space to live in. It has a built-up area of 2500 sq.ft. with balconies and open terraces at different levels to ensure future expansion.
MR. MAHESH HEGDE RESIDENCE
Located in a rural area by the side of a national highway, the two-bedroom house is an attempt to make the building sustainable and cost effective and respond to the local climate and needs . The central courtyard in the living room is the focal point of the design around which all the other activities are placed. The Air went left at the top helps in passive air ventilation and keeps the house cooler.
